If you use Outlook 2007 this version creates erroneous extra line breaks in reports resulting in reports that SpamCop and other systems can not parse properly. Previous version 3.x sends correct reports but crashes Outlook 2007 intermittently.

Make sure that you are sending reports as attachments. Version 4 sends sents all spam reports as plain text and Outlook automatically wraps lines of text in the body of the message longer than a preset setting. Sending as a attachment, maintains all formatting of the data. If you are still experiencing this issue please submit a support request and we'll performance some diagnostics.
