Exporting Calendar Items

To use OutlookExport, click on the OutlookExport button in Outlook.  From the dropdown menu that appears select Calendar Export.  In the dialog box that appears, select any filtering requirements by choosing either a category or a date range or both and then click on the Search button to display the calendar items.

Select the Calendar events to export and click on Ok.

In the dialog box that appears choose a location and file name and click on Ok.

To export each calendar event to an individual file, check the box labeled "Export events as individual files"
